At Open Mind we teach many styles & methods of meditation – Mindfulness Meditation is a sure foundation for all of them. You will gain hands-on experience in meditation, and there will be plenty of time for your questions – about meditation, how meditation might work in with your life, how to work with challenges etc.
Open to beginners, also experienced meditators wishing to take their practice deeper. If you are seeking to make your practice more engaged & relevant to your contemporary lifestyle, this half-day retreat is also for you.
Cost: 700B including yummy vegetarian lunch
You can carry on from this 1/2 day right on into the scheduled meditation retreat if you wish.
Following on from this half-day workshop – you can stay on at the centre for retreat with us – depending on rooms available – please book your accommodation.
